But drug tourism and sex tourism are fundamentally driven by backpackers or millionaire tourists, who did not do smart tourism, to learn, help, or know, but above all to consume, enjoy and have fun, have promoted the production and consumption of drugs and human trafficking, turning Ecuador into a narco-exporting country and an exporter of children and women for sexual exploitation, because generally in a developed country, drug consumption and sexual exploitation or gambling, where it is punished, tourists are spared from the punishment for drugs, gambling and illegal sex in their country, reaching ours where they are transitory, and unknown people who may have health, money, and time to travel.
